This is becoming more common with portable devices, best of luck to all you geeks.
what??how did that happen??i'm now using my cousins 16GB for a moth and i also have the 32GB version which is being borrowed by my cousin,,..but nothing is wrong??it not even barely getting hot,,..even my iPod 80GB that i had for a year now,,..
Hmm, I want to know more about this one, interesting.
ye click the link and you can
Yeah I want to know more about it too.
1.) WTF? is that even possible
2.) why did wait to get to the FU*KING BATHROOM to take his pants off? prolly wouldnt have even been burned if he just took them off there.
3.) Was he doing something he wasnt supposed to? iPods shouldnt just explode. Fall on it? high temp/pressure? something the manual says to keep it away from?
the battery most likely exploded which was also a small problem with the orinignal ipods. it probably got hot in his pocket
That sounds more likely than anything.
well if you were in class at school would you just take your pants 0ff infront of everyone? lol i wuld because its mostly girls nd im serounded by girls. Plus i guess he wantd to use some water or something
If something exploded in my pants, I wouldn't wait to take them off in the bathroom. I'd lose all shame & commence to strip right then and there - screaming.

Regardless, I hope the guy is alright and that the cause of this is found.
He must have done something wrong. Not many things explode if they pass their QT
I agree, but my iPod Touch gets very hotwhile charching and I'm using an application at the same time.
