Best Ubuntu software for web development

Here, i look for a decent piece of Ubuntu software where i could edit and write HTML , CSS and PHP. I wonder if is there a program that is similar to Adobe Dreamweaver? tnx

There are a few WYSIWYG editors for Linux. 

Kompozer is the most used.

There is also Seamonkey and NVU.

However It is better if you just do the coding yourself.
