Bad nene!
^LOL lt comment.

Actually it's going to take forever for the pool of Oil to be BURNED.
Etc....non of this is environmentally good
their are going to be alot of consequences for this damage to that part of the ocean.
acid rain etc...yeah...dead zone rly....

a Relief well is what'll stop this, but they've got nothing to stop it till that is ready in august
which is BS they shoulda have one long ready before this happened
And by August it'll be Hurricane season. And that isn't going to be good, at all.
Well....
Natural Earth Cleansing.
it'll have some good some bad.
Hell Hurricanes don't originate in that area, but they get stronger over it so.
It Might clean SOME things up.

Alot of that oil is going to be slammed out of the ocean and into your backyard most likely.
and if it keeps Leaking the damage to the pipe will increase as pressure under the water gets bigger from the strom
I hope they gt a big hurricane down there, based on what i have heard, those hurricanes have a way of breaking up all the oil.

So, i guess it is the lesser of two evils?

the final option is just to burn it all up sadly
If I lived down there I would try to collect as much as I could.
No sense in simply burning all of it. Could heat house for a while for free lol.

-Anubis
lol i'd bring my own barrels for that one :)

the marshlands and sensitive areas are already pretty much damaged beyond repair anyways
Yea, or get some hay which soakes it up rly well, then just get one of those out side log burners and heat house w/ oil soaked hay.

There are no oil spills on wind farms.

Awesome picture by the way.
There are no reliable sources of energy either. Just sayin.

They should use Sham Wows instead.
