i have a man cave myself but my dream one would be awesome.

pool table, pinball machine, nice stereo system, huge TV for UFC watching, everything controlled by a remote control.
hard wood floors, dark colours, comfortable seats.
nothing flimsy or fragile.

a place where a man can just be with his toys and mess

I'm glad you asked!

My cave is about the same size as Luxembourg. It has a lake with an aircraft carrier in it, a few nice sinkholes all the way though to let in light, some cathedrals, an entire replica of the Kenrokuen Gardens from the Kanazawa province in Japan, luxifer prisms to help spread the light, a transport network like the one in Futurama (I can teleport anyway, this is mostly for visitors), an astrometrics lab where I can sit in a lazyboy recliner and play videogames (plenty of chairs in here), a greek theatre, a large medical complex, buddhist temple with a contingent of zen masters in it and a cartography department because accurate maps don't exist yet (which belies the existance of the transport network).

I should really write a book about it.

So check this out, if you already have a man-cave (lucky you) then post some pictures of it.

If you don't and know graphical design, then get some 3D JPEGs rollin' in.

Or draw it.

I wanna get some good ideas on a good 20' x 20' cave in my backyard.

Just make sure you get the feng shui right.

And yes, you can be mayor, but titles are only used as a source of amusement. The politics of my cave are slightly libertarian moderate left, just like those of Gandhi and Mandela which means titles and honours are mostly empty and should not be a cause of jealousy or civil discord.
