Allright, so I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 15R, and It has theese "Extra functions" on the laptop... However this is more annoying than functional. F1 is replaced by "Switch screen" and i need to hold the "FN" and press F1 to get the normal F1 function...

the f2 is something i use much but this is replaced by "disable wireless" so i accidentally disable my wireless and get disconnected from all the apps i have running...

 

Is there any way to disable theese things? It's very annoying to hold FN just to get the normal keyboard functions...

 

In my opinion it should be the other way, like on normal laptops you hold "FN" to get an extra function; and this is just the oposite! :D

Using windows7

It was set to "Multimedia keys" so i switched it back to "Functiton keys" and now it works :)
