How to access files in Virtual Machines through OS-X

Hi guys! I've a pickle to deal with. This is what happened: I have VM Ware fusion running on my mac. The the copy of Windows XP I have running as a virtual machine has expired and I can't access the files I had in the windows virtual machine. So my question is, is there a way to access these files without having to enter windows (which I can't)?
