You have to get a lot of subs
You have to know what you are doing
You have to act professional ( good camera, mic, White background )

The way to Start is by reviewing a product that has't been reviewed yet, or one that has a very few and horrible reviews ,so you can get a lot views and then you can ask the world to review other products 
Name your channel something related to your review content, like "monitors in depth reviews" 
Also, post reviews in a blog, containing detailed comments and pictures
