I'm a 20 year veteran of Apple, I'm finally Apple free as of April 28, 2011. I'll still take time to rake them over the coals every chance I get. ; )

Let the wars begin.... been too quiet around here....!!!

That's hands down, the most awesome thing I have ever seen.

Oh yeah!!! Finally!!! Let's go!!!

I do use both, I think Apple (or Foxconn, whatever)  build their products with more quality than some (toshiba, acer etc.). Their are, of course, some companies that do make products as good, or even better than Apple (Alienware, IBM etc.)

For me, Apple is like Ferrari: you buy an Apple product because you like the way it looks etc.

I prefer windows for daily use, but that's because I got use to it, I don't have time to play with OS X until I get use to it.

I do like that Apple spends millions on the design of their products, I don't mind if a product is not as useful as it could be if it looks good. But that's me, it's the nature of an Italian...

My favorite Apple product is the iMac, I find it gorgeous.

To prove that I'm not a total Appletard, I should tell you that I do have a Sony Vaio TZ which, I think, it's way better that a Macbook Air: 10 inches of glossy led display with 1600 x 1200 resolution, an Intel core i7 baking up the DVD Writer. It's thinner than netbooks and in my opinion the best portable you can buy. Spent 3895$ on this, and really love it.

I use a mighty mouse and a magic mouse to navigate on my Vaio. Yes, the magic mouse is as comfortable as my 360's seats. But hey, I like the way it looks.

I also have a gaming rig, 2010 technology (core i7 920, 2 x ATI 5770, you got the picture). I use a killer Razer mouse on that, and the wonderful Logitech G15 keyboard.

APPLE FOREVER!!! I LOVE APPLE!!! And it should be "Suck my Vista"

Hi Dan! I have to say after being gone so long I've missed this! So I'll say my bit and I will say it honestly. I just can't use windows. I am not knowledgeable enough to properly maintain a windows PC. I know that sounds stupid, but I am computer stupid! lol

The last time I had a PC, I bought a desktop, and I bought it for strictly offline gaming/ movies/ music. That was it. So when I bought it, it didn't come with all that anti virus goodness.  Well when my husband was stationed in Korea I was going to need a computer to use online so we could email each other and skype as phone calling was expensive. So I bought the anti virus/ spam/ firewall stuff and tried to install it onto my pc. Well it worked I guess. It worked so well I couldn't even connect to the internet! I adjusted settings, called tech support, and I even tried reinstalling the software. Well it didn't work. :( I was sad because I had no idea what to do. I remember actually crying on the phone to one of the many tech support places that couldn't help me. (I was also 6 months pregnant so that's probably where the crying came from).

So I finally gave up and bought a macbook. I haven't and really I can't go back. I have been and will always be a gaming geek. I game a little on my mac, but mostly I stick to the consoles.

So yeah there you have it. Go ahead and laugh Dan because I just said I'm stupid so I use a mac!! lol have a good one, Dan. :)

BSD based operating systems aren't toys. :P Only non-POSIX like operating systems are toys.
