I'm still running iTunes 9, i want to upgrade to the new iTunes 10, but i have seen bad user reviews about iTunes 10...so, if someone using iTunes 10, how's your experience with iTunes 10 so far, and would you recommend it!

It is really good. A bit slow, but no slower than 9. It looks and feels absolutely lovely.

I've been using iTunes 10 for a week or so and I haven't had any issues at all so far.

A couple of versions ago I used to have problems syncing updated iTunes on my Laptop with my iPod, but I've done that successfully since I upgraded and all seems to be going well :)

I've had no issues. Most peoples complaints were that they got rid of the colour in the icons down the side and replaced them with grey. This is a pretty pathetic reason not to like something IMO, and kind of shows just how low people will go to bash something. If you want the colours back there's guides around the web, but the reason they did it was to take the visual focus off the menu's and onto your content, which is what's important. Content is king remember!

Plus you need it to use newer versions of iOS if you have an iPhone/Pad/Pod Touch and stuff.

Plus plus! If you don't like it, uninstall it and put 9 back on.

I haven't had any problems. I don't like the UI as much as version 9, but I've gotten used to it now. iTunes really needs to be redone, but I'm sure that won't happen for awhile. I noticed you didn't want to have Ping installed, but I'm pretty sure it's just a part of the iTunes store and not anything extra installed on your hard drive. If you don't want to see the Ping link in the sidebar you can just hide it in the preferences too!

I've been using iTunes 10 for a long while now and I love it! I was reluctant to upgrade because I thought I needed to stay on iTunes 9 but everything works just fine! I dont really use Ping at all so I can't comment on that service. As for the experience of iTunes as a whole, I am very satisfied with the product. It syncs all my iPods well and has never given me any issues.
