Does WordPress allow hosting of files?  I created an account there and have put a couple of posts in just lately, but I haven't seen anything about hosting files.  Can you give me a hint as to where I should look?

WordPress isn't very friendly for one reason.  They don't allow .pdf, .zip, .rar or video files to be uploaded.  So they're kind of useless.  Any other ideas?

Try out zymic its a good place to stroage for starting a website. You get 6 gb of storage free and 50 gb of traffic each month and there is room for upgrades. Its good host it virtually supports all the codes like php and what not. http://www.zymic.com/

 

One thing i dont recommend is using the website to host files as in it isin the TOS not to have like files so people can download. But this can be solved by just uploading zip file bigger than like 128 kb to sever like mediafire, megaupload, ifileit. As for the base for website images for cosmetics on webpage should be all good.

 

Ifile it not popular but there a good host http://ifile.it/ for storing files. plus there are no limitsor popuop :D
