Any recommendations on a good note takin app that can pretty much do it all.

Peultimate i have decided is a great note taking app really responsive. I only wish you can input text, copy and paste, and maybe annotate on images. Among some other things but overall I have to say well worth the 2.99.

Evernote I hear good things about or you can use the Notes app pre-installed on iDevices.
