I just did a fresh install of windows 7, none of my programs are installed. Is their a way you can delete all programs on the computer, including those not shown in ad/remove programs? Now im talking about everyting like paint, media center, IE, etc.. I do know about turning off features but i dont want to turn them off i want to get rid of them so its just the os....?

You can use software called VLite or NLite to create a new Windows DVD with features removed.
why do you want to do that?
Yes there is a way to uninstall any program. All you have to do is go to Control Panel an click on programs and features. Once there, just right click on any program and it will give you a choice to delete.

if you di that that is just dumb deleting windows microsoft programs. its just like deleting system 32 files
