I wanted to come online today to share with everyone here the horrid experience I had this morning with the repeater store. I was looking to get a cellular repeater to get some better signal for a customer I have. I asked about dual band repeaters for cellular and wireless web. The customer service rep was apparently able to guess within 2 minutes that I wasn't worthy of owning one of their products. Which he quickly told me I don't know enough to install one of these. I simply said to him, "you don't want my business"? He replied with "exactly". I then, AND ONLY THEN, told him how I really feel about him as a person and hung up.
In 2 minutes he talked down and over me and tried to belittle me then simply told me he didn't want my business. It could have been anyone of us trying to get a repeater for any application. I just thought I would take some time to let everyone I have connection to in any field tech related that the RepeaterStore.com does NOT want your business and will let you know this immediately. So, if you don't like a lowly customer service douche talking to you like you're garbage.... Take any and all repeater/booster business to someone else.
