Restoring iPhone

I am having a problem with my iPhone batter and I was wondering if I completely restore my iPhone to factory settings without putting my stuff back on there. Will all my backed-up stuff on my phone stay on iTunes and when I connect it the next time will I be able to put all of my backed-up items back on to my phone. If you've had experience with the please comment.

Yes.
You can restore your iPhone from a backup, and sync whatever you have in iTunes.

If your battery is messing up on your iPhone; take it to the Apple Store and they can replace it for free (if still under warranty)
