More Information

It's a custom build, so It maybe my fault. But anyway, there is a strange electric noise coming out of it.

As I increase GHZ the noise get's louder. Also I only hear the noise when doing something ( moving the cursor
scrolling, even opening the start menu)

The mysterious thing is, when i plug a microphone i can hear that noise really clear from my headset.

I've uploaded a short demo of what i can hear. it's located in my profile page ( the my music feature).

raise your speaker's volume to hear it clearly. You can actually hear electricity when i move windows :S

Thanks :)

Sounds like it may be some sort of interference with the sound card, at least that's what I'd say. Make sure the display cable isn't near the audio cable. VGA (and I THINK DVI) have been known to cause such effects because they're not fully electronically shielded.

Failing that, I'm not sure, but if you have another sound option then try that out to see if you get the same results.
the motherboard hasn't got on board graphics... like a pci sound card...
Its definitely interference from the sound card. Try turning down the volume for your line in and mic connectors on your sound card. I've had this problem a few times and thats really the only way to get around it.
If it gets louder the higher you put the GHZ up maybe try going down...could be too high
If your sound card is external then maybe replace it. The best bet would be to take it to a qualified service place to check it out.
