sorry for the double post. i just checked and u have 25gig of online storage for free =D. u just need an hotmail account. All u have to do is log in on hotmail.com, click on the little more and then choose SkyDrive
Alrighty thats real good thanks!
I think there's something called DropBox - even better than SkyDrive. Have never used it though - don't see a point in online storage. :/
I'm new to dropbox but, dropbox seems to be a great service so far.
I use DropBox once in a while and it is great. I use it to send out humongous files, like videos I make with photos. These are way too big to send by email, and it is too expensive (for me) to upload them to a web site. Cloud storage like DropBox is the perfect solution for me.
Isn't there like a 2GB limit?
I use BackBlaze. $5/mo - I tried Mozy 1st - but it didn't work like I'd hoped - after 3 weeks of trying, my data wasn't backed up. I haven't tried a restore (thankfully haven't had to) but i'm confident it'll work.
Interesting. I have been using Mozy for a few years now, and it does work fine, expect -of course- the issue that is common to all these approaches. That is, the initial backup can take days, or even weeks. But after that, it gets faster.

But I am curious to hear what is what you found superior in BackBlaze, as compared to Mozy. I have never tried BlackBlaze.
Hey there,
i've been using www.4shared.com for a couple years now , it's free for 5 gigs ...
dropbox
zumodrive
There is also the gspace, which is a plugin for firefox which allows you to use your gmail account storage as a web storage.

You can find this at addons.mozilla.com.
