is there a free (or cheep) program with voice recognition, so that i dont need to use my hands too much? if there is, where can i find them? cause it will be the solution of my handproblems i think.

working of the program:

voice recognition is when you talk your computer writes what you say and opens what you want to open.

i hope its clear anough, if not pls let me know, cause than ill try to explain it more.

isn't there one built into your OS?
it is, but in the dutch version of Windows 7 they disabled it and i only have a dutch version. thats why im looking for another one
Oh. I'm sorry I can't help you then.
Buy the US version and load a dutch key and language!
have you tried dragon?
Dragon dictate look on CDW or tiger direct when its on sale its kinda cheap...sure not free!
hmm... i hope they make this open source, ore they make it go international. That would be great!+ it would give an extra enhancement to why people should choose windows, compared to #COUGH# macs
macs are great as well, but very expencive. i hope microsoft will find out how to get their voicerecognition in dutch version, cause still its not working in the dutch version, i saw today it's even working in the polish version of windows 7 and not in the dutch version :s so its international, but not completely (like allmost everything of windows?)
