Click this Ready 2 Rumble Revolution badge on or before February 6, 2009. That's the giant red boxing glove you see below - that's what you have to click first.
Then, leave a comment below (in this post) explaining why you want a Wii - I'll also count comments on for the corresponding blog post on chris.pirillo.com. They'll be mixed in together, and one winner will be selected at random.
If we generate the most legitimate clicks through this badge, I'll be the grand prize winner - and if that happens, I'll give the Wii to one of you.
Pretty easy to do, no?
Okay, now if you haven't figured it out by now - Ready 2 Rumble Revolution is the next installation in the series. It's pretty much like the other R2R games you've known and loved, except for one small detail: it's now available on the Wii. Suffice it to say, R2R is probably the funniest boxing video game you'll ever experience. Time to stand up and start swinging your Wiimote and Wii nunchuk until you get a TKO!
So, the first thing you need to do is click the giant boxing glove here:
And if you've never loved R2R, maybe the chance of winning a Wii for yourself will change your mind?
So, are you ready to rumble? [and yes, "The Voice of the Champions," Michael Buffer, famous for his "Let's Get Ready to Rumble" remark, will be the host of your R2R Revolution gaming experience.]
NOTE: The contest is now over. We came in second place this time, so I won't have anything to give away. However, they're going to be doing a second contest, so stay tuned for a new thread.
I would like to win a Wii because I have yet to find a PC game that my girlfriend is willing to play with me (she won't even play a night elf in WOW). Maybe the Wii will win her over and we can finally revert back to our childhood when life was simple and we all played Pacman and Adventure on our Atari 2600's (we are both in our 40's of you couldn't guess).
Our family would love to win a Wii because we intend to use it for family entertainment. All four of us will play on a designated Wii night or games night. This will bring our family closer and provide for fun time for our 3 and 7 year old ( and us ofcourse).
Ya I could use one, don't feel geeky enough with just a ps2 and ps3 and pc and laptop and dvr on my flat screen, it still has inputs on the back that aren't filled up, and that just doesn't seem right.
I would want a Wii for the simple fact I would love to have a gaming console. Er, and I really do want one! Plus I'm sure my sister would reallly like one. Was going to get one for her this Christmas, but the cost was to much :(.
Exercise, entertainment, we need something to take a "time out" from being an entrepreneur - and besides - we've never played with one yet! - thanks and we hope to be wiing soon :) Cate
