currently i'm not a fan of it, it's the same old, only now in high definition backed by LED and Plasma technologies.

It actually looks crappy, but awesome in theatre with the right films, such as avatar.

 

I'm awaiting Holographic

3D was about the only thing Avatar had going for it.  Tens of millions of dollars wasted on a politically correct diatribe script that could have written by a Middle School dropout.

 

And just how in the world would you bring a cinematic film like "Silverado" into your home in 3D? I mean only the super rich would have enough real estate to do a holographic panorama of that or films like "Lawrence of Arabia".

i hate 3d and i hate how thy are forcing the new movies go that way

they even start to care about 3d more than the story. by adding some unnecessary scenes

just pop out some eye burning headache 3d.

ill try to enjoy 2d for as long a i can :)
