More Information

I gave up leather boots, pricey cosmetics ( I use Wet n Wild, Almay clearance, etc), and some types of new clothes. I won't give up my man or the kittens. Period. I love tech work and when I have time always try to input good feedback. The thing that keeps me intrigued are the newest developments in software. Education in that area is very empowering, a kind of learn as you go at home rather than an overcrowded PC class. Do any of you have thoughts to share? I'd love to see the responses.

Have a good week.

I actually got extreme about it. First I went back to school and got a degree in programming so I could knock down bigger bucks to afford toys. The problem was that I found out that I'm in no way a coder! So I went back to school again and got a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Now I can get all my toys without the wife killing me! Plus it helps when I bring something home for her too! LOL
I read in Horse and Rider mag "For Horses I've Given Up..." One woman gave up her husband to have her horse. Makes you think, right?
That's too funny! We all knew a girl in high school who... well, never mind. LOL
sigh sadly im still a child and in no way ready to support myself so i have to give up alot to get my gadgets well...so that my parents will buy them cause im not super rich or anything. However the sacrifice has taught me the value of things like for instance i aint never letting go of my laptop no matter how old and outdated it gets because i value it alot.
Expensive clothes, probably. Although, I still do wear good clothes, just not expensive ones.
Nothing ever really. I'll just do some OT or posting on Ebay is always a good thing. U know out with the old in with the new.
The only thing I've had to give up is space. I chose to have a desk and a mini office in my kitchen instead of a dining room table.
For the most part just a lot of $. Lots and lots on money.
