What Gives You A Clue That It Is Time To Shut It Down And Go To Bed ??
I am sitting here tonight running though the forums seeing what I have missed today, when I start to notice, that the last person who responded to most of them was me.
That my dear friends is when I get a clue that it is time for me to go to bed.
What is you clue? Or do you fall asleep on the keyboard? :D

3:07??? That is almost the time I get up and start getting ready for school! haha. I went to be early last night...by like 9:15 and I am still tired. I get up for school at 4:30 :( It's hard but lately it's been easier. I get a call from someone special which really helps me to wake up ;) I know it's time to go to bed when my eyes just really can't stay open anymore. Last night I even fell asleep during one of my favorite tv shows! I think that teaching is causing me to age at a rather alarming rate! haha Do you sleep in late? I would imagine that you do judging by how late you are getting to bed.
I will definitely be sleeping in on Saturday. :)

No sweetie, I do not sleep in. It is now 10:10 AM and after spending about 20 mintues in bed day dreaming while I run though my stretch routine, I am up and alive.....feeling like a million buck.
I think that 6 hours just about does it for me. If I need to, later in the day, I will take a power nap. Or, I might sleep for hours. My life is such that I work and play when I wish....yeah. I wish everyone had my schedule.

4 hours? i can do it also, but it isnt pleasant. You should try getting more, what makes you get so little sleep? more sleep = better performance = less time to do stuff. It equals out.

usually whenever my eyes cant stay open no matter what i do.
occasionally i go to bed early because i have to get up early the next day.

When the sun rises and hits me directly square in the face from my east facing dinning room window without a shade or fully drawn curtain. Like a vampire when it gets hit by the sun - the brightness the pain from the heat on the face. Run! Scurry away into the darkness and sleep. No I don't sleep in a coffin, but my room is 6' x 8' with no windows. :)

You may think that it is small, but when compared to a submarine bunk which is 5' long, 3' wide, 2' high and stacked 3 bunks high - then my room is the size of the "Grand Hall" in comparison. By the way the captain's stateroom on a submarine is about 6' x 8', and the same goes for the XO's stateroom also.
