Microsoft sues Apple, Google, Facebook, AOL, eBay, Netflix, Yahoo!, Staples, OfficeMax, Office Depot, and YouTube? Can't beat them so sue them? (just like google)

Who gives a sh*t?
Microsoft can sue whoever they like. Are they going to win? Maybe a few cases, yes. But not all.
The difference is: why should we care? It won't change anything for us. None of these companies will close down, that I can guarantee you.
This is a non-issue.

No they're not. Paul Allen's company is suing them. It has nothing to do with Microsoft unless you think because he co-founded the company that everything he does is directly related to them. That would be like saying Apple thinks Android is "neat" because Woz said it.

Well, most companies like Apple, HP, and TV Stations like Fox do the same thing x100 times more than Microsoft and... NO one complies so I say let it be.
