A lightsaber, a blaster, a phaser or a tricorder?

Top of my list would be a blaster, because I'm a better shooter than I am a fencer.
2nd is a tricorder, because it would be really useful, I think. Although it's kind of like a GPS, a portable weather station, and a laptop. So, technically, one could probably have a tricorder for real (and I saw someone selling one a few years ago, though I don't think it had any real computer aspects to it -- I couldn't afford it at the time).
3rd is a lightsaber, just because they're cool, and make mine purple like Mace's.

Blaster.
Blaster, hands down.
I should have included the Sonic Screwdriver, at least. I resisted listing vehicles. However, if you like a nice TARDIS, you might enjoy taking a gander at the ones my husband has built. http://www.tmlindsey.com/reproductions-doctorwho.htm
Sorry about the link not working. It clicks through on my end, so I can't figure out what the problem would be. It's a plain ol' htm page. I'll see if I can paste in a photo of Tim's most recent TARDIS project, at its new home in Vermont.'

LightSaber
Man, a lightsaber or a tricorder... decisions decisions... I'm going with Tricorder, maybe I can use the tricorder to scan someone else's lightsaber (yeah, I'm genre mixing, what?) and make my own...
I have a number of lightsabers. They don't cut through doors, though.
LIGHTSABER!!!! Obviously...
Luke: "What is it?"
Obi-Wan:" Your father's light saber. This is the weapon of a Jedi Knight. Not as clumsy or random as a blaster; an elegant weapon for a more civilized age. For over a thousand generations, the Jedi Knights were the guardians of peace and justice in the Old Republic. Before the dark times... before the Empire."
lightsaber would be sweet.... would a blaster really be any better than a gun other than its cooler lol?
It is way cooler, plus, I think I could control the damage better.
I'd go for the blaster :)

Take care.
