How organised it really is. I used it the whole day yesterday, and I loved it.
Yup!!! Windows 7 is so professional! :)
.. likes this. :D
I hate it. The way the taskbar is organized pisses me off! I hate the new show desktop button and the fact that msn is not on the right bottom anymore. It even shows 2 bars for the same program grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
lame reasoning...
that's like saying i hate Mac OS X, but i don't i just hate Apple for much better reasons.
not the os, only the computers. and recently the ipad..

but w/e you have the right to like and not to like :P
Lame?
I have used windows since I was a kid. Since windows 95 I use "show desktop" button. Is one of the most used buttons in taskbar (at least for me). 15 years has passed using 98, ME, XP and vista. 15 years pressing the "show desktop" on the left. Analogously, the same 15 years to MSN (but on the right side). Microsoft release a new windows with these 2 buttons on swichted positions. Lame? ¬¬'

The worst isnt this. The worst is that there is no "classic" option for persons like me. That is lame.

I dont use that function to bind the same windows toghether. Its awful and you have to click 1 more time to open the window. That is Lame.
oh man not again a mac vs pc war.guys look both are good in their own way
No i cannot. I dont know if you understand me. But msn now stay on the taskbar where only opened programs used to stay. I wish it could be placed on the right like on windows vista, xp, etc
THANKS!!!! I dont even know you, but I am already your fan!!!

I will play with some friends now saying that my win7 is special xDDDD
Not for that, but about the trick to put into tray. I searched after seeing that it was possible!
THANKS!
You can completely change it back to how it operates under Vista SP2 you know..

1) Go to where Windows Live Messenger is installed
Typically: C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Live\Messenger
2) Right click on "msnmsgr" and select "Properties"
3) Click on the Compatibility tab, check the "Run the program in compatibility mode for" box and select ‘Windows Vista (Service Pack 2)’ in the drop down menu.
4) Click OK and it should return to the system tray in it's former glory! :)
