Youtube Widescreen. How Do I Format?

Now that youtube has gone to widescreen videos which someone told me is 960 pixels. How will I format my videos? I use Roxio Media Creator and sometimes I use iMovie. Any tips on how to make my videos look great in the new format? Something like Handbrake or something like that?

16:9 should work. But I think that the default settings of your video would work just as good.
