I dont like Ventrillo. Xfire is much better in my opinion. Most(and I say most because mine don't) servers have voice anyway.

ventrillo is voice chat software. It uses a server that all chatters connect to for chat. download the client from www.ventrillo.com.

I joined tonight and last night and both times almost nothing was going on. Before it was hard to get a word in because there was so many people and the discussions kept going, but now there's only like 4 people and they never say anything.
