need some idea of what to cook for office luch day friday it has to feed 16 and remember they are bringing things too. i thought maybe i could make my meatloaf but that is a 2000 cal. dinner and would blow anyones diet.
so idea now is casaro.. dish made with macironi and chicken. but i don't know what else to put in that? i have lots of spice's but most don't like spices? well by lots i mean a ton of crushed red pepper. ha ha. i do have some others but what to do what to do. i'll pick up email later so post here or email me thanks.

Good luck with the gym regimen. How do you keep up the motivation levels esp when real life tries it's best to put obstacles in our way? I always start with best of intentions but usually fall of the wagon after a month or so.
