I think the new guy tried too hard at first to BE David Tennant. Matt seems to be find HIS version of the good Dr. now. :o) Final episode of this series airs here in Oz on Sunday night.

We just had the episodes withthe weeping angels. Man, those things scare the snot out of me!!!! (Which I guess was the whole point. LOL!)

the new doctor is amazing and the tardis and sonic screwdriver look better than ever. I wasnt so sure about the new theme tune and intro but it has grown on me.

I like the new TARDIS. And the new sonic screwdriver -- well the old one was toast, so he HAD to get a new one. Sonic Screwdriver 2.0. :o)

I think the look of the new TARDIS can be used a some really good comic devices if the writers really htink about it. And it looks and feels right for a Time Lord to have things from throughout the centuries as his equipment.

I think I'm going to like the new Doctor, and I already love Amy, but I'm not sure about al the other changes, I understand it's a new group trying to make the series their own, but did they really need the change the inside if the TARDIS and the sonic screwdriver?
Still, it's a lot better than I feared it would be when I first saw that Matt Smith had been cast. Waiting for episode two.

Looks like the TARDIS went SteamPunk on us. LOL! Not sure if I like the new Dr yet or not. Seems like he's trying too hard to fill David Tennant's shoes. Hopefully he'll get his OWN personality as time goes on.

Travis, it's not the third actor, it's the 11th. Doctor Who started in 1963 and ran till 1989 (7 doctors in total), then there was an 8th doctor in 1996 who just had one film, and then the new series has been running since 2005, having had 3 doctors in total.

So, 11th.

Well, here in Australia, the new Dr. Who makes his appearance tonight. Hubby says "Dinner in front of the TV tonight." LOL! Looks like Sunday evening dinners are going to be late this winter. hehehe
