Just Cause 2 Problem

Hi everyone !

I have a problem with running just cause 2 i instaled it but it just freeze at loading (when you star a new game) i hear some helicopter sounds , later gunshots but it just shows just "just cause 2 " image and loading bar is not moving , what could be the solution of isuse ?
