and you're right about the no-party thing -- Washington hated political parties.

oh, wow! it's already been done for us -- and over 200 years ago! they call it "the constitution".

No one party has all the answers.Lately its been a one party in power or nothing. If it was up to me I would like to see the most sensible people running the government with no party affiliation at all. Immagration, health care, the economy are probably the most important problems that Americans have one there minds today.Lets hire a group of intelligent people to come up with a fair and equitable solutions. If we don't we will be still be talking about these problems 20 years from now just like we have already.

This is not a Obama vs McCain group. The focus of this group is to bring issues to light. Issues that the main stream media would never put under a microscope.

You find something that effects you. Post it here!

Is the a world politics group or American politics group? Yes, there is a difference. Also, is this group for discussing issues or just another Mac vs. PC / PS3 vs. Xbox / Obama vs. McCain / Ford vs. Chevy group?

The 3 big issues are: A) After Perot scared the crap out of the other 2 parties, those 2 parties have made sure that a 3rd party candidate is shut out of the process as much as possible. B) Most people can't be bothered to vote. C) Plenty of the people that do vote are just out to vote themselves more loot from our wallets.
