I do nat want answers but I was wondering if someone could look over my psuedocode and maybe provide a little advice in the "Calculations sections".......again I do not want answers I just need a little guidence. I am struggling a little with the format and grasping the concept for the "Proper" way to write these programs. I have listed the question and my program so far.... Input a list of employee names and salaries, and determine themean (average) salary as well as the number of salaries…See More
I have a broad range of interest in all types of music. Love popsci, and learning new things from interesting people . As for shows I love CSI miami and Criminal Minds,The Mentalist and NCIS. My favorite people are those who know how to enjoy life and have common sense. My hobbies when I am not playing with my children and on the computer I like exploring my new environment (NC) by Hiking, going to musieums, having BBQ's and hanging out with my wonderful family!
Sounds like you got a netbook from ASUS, right? That manufacturer is well known for making some of the best motherboards in the world and make great netbooks. Hope you get lotsa use out of it as I'm sure you will.
As for Vista, I'm in the same boat as you are with not liking Windows Vista. That operating system is now considered one of Microsoft's biggest failure. All my computers have XP in them with the exception of one desktop. That one has the newest operating system by Microsoft called Windows 7. It's set to officially come out and replace Vista this October. Just in time for X-Mas. It's everything everybody hoped Vista wouldda been.... but better. I am using Windows 7 RC for testing purposes. You gonna love it when it becomes available. As far as what that guy said about you eventually loving Vista once you get more educated.... NOT. The more you know the more you'd dislike Vista. Bottom line, some geeks tend to be condescending to others who don't know as much as they do. Hate that. (o_O)
Oh, and as for your studies... hang in there, girl. I know it seems like a lot to learn but you will get it. You definitely will do the real learning as you apply what they have shown you into your daily computer use as you have been doing. They can only show you theory... you learn by doing. Tis how most of us geeks did it. So keep plugging away.
Looks like you need a bigger hard drive on your older computer. You should hook up with a geek and have him/her rebuild you older computer. All computers eventually need an upgrade or they get over stuffed with data or software renders it obsolete. Time for an internal upgrade for your computer, Christina. You may wanna do that yourself. Many a knowledgeable geek got that smart by tinkering with the insides of their own systems... I mean, how else better of a way is there to learn about computers then rolling up your sleeves and diving into the guts of your computer, right? Remember, geeks like me here are always ready to lend a hand whenever you get stuck mid-surgery. I know you will soon enough catch up to us on here. :D
