''The shell of my soul has a gash that leads to its core,

From this void spill the salty sands of time,

I am gripped with great pain as the sands course down my face,

Dropping onto the floor with the rest of my crumpled dreams,

These sands have been flowing as long as I can remember.



I don't know when my soul will run dry,

But when it does death will surely follow,

With each passing day my hope dwindles,
