I bought a few SSD's and found it hard to find information regarding the new technology. When I did find a few locations for info it was brand specific and taboo to speak of the other brand SSD's. Was very difficult to discuss and compare this way So I joined up with another tech loving SSD owner and we started a SSD forum.
SSD's are just now becoming known but will be in every computer in the years to come for many reasons (check out the forum and wealth of info). I thought it would… Continue

In which publishers and sellers alike seem to be on the verge of losing their minds.
First off, let me just say that I've been reading ebooks since 1994. They're not new. This whole ebook thing has been coming for a long, long time, and I can't figure out why the big book publishers can't figure out how to monetize ebooks without acting like morons.
Second off, I've been buying ebooks for a long time too, and I've read a lot of ebooks on… Continue

Apple ipad
Well a couple of days ago Apple announced there new Tablet which is known as the ipad. Everyone first saw this ipad, they thought its one Big iphone/ipod touch. Well they are sorta right, the ipad does everything a ipod touch does besides the use of a phone or camera. My big gripe of apples new device is that its not really new they just took a concept they had and made it bigger. Yes, apple may be going after there a unknown market like the kindle reader from… Continue

So some of you might have already heard of VlogginlikeVloggers on youtube; they are a group of 4 youtubers who make a vlog 4 days a week and each person has his own designated day for his vlog. Long story short; I made this video as an audition to become the "Thursday" vlogger. This is where you come in; I need you to watch the video and rate it (5 five stars would be nice), comment if you like and even…
Watching movies can be one of the most comfortable experiences in the world. Imagine sitting comfortably in your couch next to someone you really love, both of you just enjoying a really good, Oscar type movie. You know... the ones where you just watched them and somehow you start to think you’re the main character of the movie.
Downloading movies can be a great resource to getting movies, specially now that great resources are coming out where you can download movies in a legal way.… Continue

This movie version of the Dan Brown classic is one of the most controversial and intriguing, and I doubt there is someone else out there who would question that.
Before anything else, let us first establish that "The Da Vinci Code" is not an outright attack to Catholic religion conservatives nor is it an entertainment exclusive for those who have completed their Dan Brown (Langdon) series or their Holy Grail collections. The good thing about this film is that anyone can watch and… Continue

Famous fictional detectives are often as beloved for what they say as for the mysteries they solve. For instance, Sherlock Holmes fans will recognize his "Elementary, my dear Watson"; afficionados of Inspector Clouseau from the "Pink Panther" series know he introduces himself: "I am Inspector Clouseau of the Suretй"; while the enchanting Charlie Chan is known for the profound wit and playful counsel that were his trademark in Hollywood movies of the '30s and '40s.… Continue

No PD have Glocks and Retired K9's, with a concealed permit and neighbors that pack heat - who needs Security beyond the camera's and alarm system. It takes a real criminal to come out of their house at -20º without windchill and attempt a break-in when he knows the whole city/town probably knows him or his kin but, wouldn't mind defending a neighbor in need.
Regarding European or British defense of home and property - only in Britain would a homeowner who attacks a person breaking… Continue

1Password for Mac OS X is an application to make life easier. All it does it makes you be able to create one master password that you can use for all accounts you can think of on the internet. In fact I just signed into lockergnome.net using this. This application is only for Mac OS X. This program currently has a free trial and you can purchase the full version from the website.
Flock is a free browser application for Mac OS X and Windows. This application is quite buggy. I liked it for the first day or so that that I used it. I would definitely TRY this program. I would not like to use this program permanently what-so-ever. One a scale of 1-10 this would get a 4. It is definitely on the umm.. lower end of the spectrum.
