The Winning Days are Gone.

In life we all have our "winning days" when everything seems great and we can't be beat. The most of us will hit that slump. Nothing works the way it should, it seems like the world is out to get you. It's easy to look at this situation and say "oh well", forget about it, and hope someday it'll change again. The First Week Is Through ...

So the first week is pretty much through. In my first blog entry I mentioned that I decided to give up smoking after a ten (plus) year addiction to the dreaded nicotine.

I've been using patches to help with giving up with each patch lasting for 16 hours, but I'm guessing unlike the supposed recommended method of applying the patches at the start of the day and taking it off before you goto bed, I have been doing the opposite.
