I currently own a Blackberry Curve 8330 through Sprint. The applications for Blackberry are not that great, and to be honest, most of them are complete garbage. But a few of them in the Blackberry App World really surprised me, so I thought I would share them with the internet.

1. Poynt
This application uses GPS to find services near you. For example, Businesses, People, Movies, and Restaurants. This app runs very smooth for a Blackberry device and has a clean, user friendly interface.

2. Weatherbug

Weatherbug is obviously a weather application, and it is the best one I have found for Blackberry so far. It gives you the basics, like Radar, 7 Day Forecast, and Current Conditions,and also gives you severe weather alerts.

3. QuickPull

QuickPull frees up memory on your Blackberry, by refreshing the system. It is quite simple, but it gets the job done. It has increased the speed of my device significantly, because I run it every night.

I hope you go ahead and download these apps, because as the title says, they are must have applications. I use these multiple times a day, and if you use your Blackberry a lot, so will you. Please feel free to leave any input or suggestions, it is appreciated.
