I have been using the Alienware Dual Compatible Gamepad for a a few months now. So far, I would have to say that I absolutely love this product. The rubbers grips, the sleek design, and customizable design makes it extremely versatile and reliable.

   The the gamepad's actual cord is extremely strong and thick. Although it does reassure me that the cord may not get damaged in any way, it is shift the gamepad to another position. I must let go of the gamepad, tug and twist the wire to adjust it to the new position. The product is made of plastic and rubber which give it a cheap quality feel. Not something I am familiar with in Alienware products. On the plus side, the controller sits perfectly in my hands and the controls are reasonably spaced.

   Calibration on this controller was a snap. The gamepad responded flawlessly and perfectly. In actual gameplay, I was comfortable with the product. There were no obstructions or extra buttons my fingers needed to avoid and I was not distracted by anything else on the controller. In actual gameplay, I was playing fluidly and without difficulty.

   Overall, the Alienware Dual Compatible Gamepad is a great product that has very few cons. My only request would be to improve the quality of the product to get rid of the cheap, plastic feel of it.
