An 11 Year Old Boy's Legacy to the World

If faced with the knowledge of how little time you may have left on this earth, what would your last wish be?

Would it be a trip to Disney World? Would it be to meet someone famous? Would it be a trip around the world?

Today I learned of extraordinary 11 year old boy named Brenden Foster. Three years ago he was diagnosed with Lukemia and three weeks ago doctors gave young Brenden two weeks to live. But upon hearing the news, Brenden's concern and last wish was to feed the homeless.

Brenden passed away last Friday, November 21st, but many people across the nation have been inspired by him and are seeing that his last wish will not go unfulfilled. At this time of year when we celebrate that for which we are most thankful, I ask that you take a few minutes and honor Brenden's selflessness by donating to your local soup kitchen or other assistance program.
