In any business, in person to person contact, there is such a thing as common courtesy. Some people just don't have it.

I'm currently speaking with a woman on the phone (yes, at this very moment) and I cannot finish a sentence with this woman. I'm trying to get her to a point where I can get logged into her machine, but she has become so frustrated that she keeps cutting me off and haranguing me with pointless sentences.

This is going nowhere and she's only becoming more frustrated because I am unable to help her. Talk about a nightmare.

Some people just need to take a deep breath and relax.
