This sounds sssooo good. Is there any way of shortening the cooking time? it's sound like forever. I just hoping there will be some left for friends by the time I'm finished sampling it.

Can't wait to give this one a try - I'm always looking for new ways to use my Slow Cooker this time of year. After all - you can only do so many roasts before people get sick of them ;);)
