More Information

Well, This is the last part of the best Linux Distro, and the last one is the best live CD.

1. Ubuntu Live-Overall a good live cd, and it is installable as well. This is the choice recommended for most users, however I thought boot time was longer than most boot CD's.

2. Puppy Live- Another great- light ditro, whihc was pretty good, it had a blazing fast boot, however I dont think its installable, SAD

3. UBS for Windows

The Ultimate Boot Cd, isn't exactly Linux however it is an extremely good tool for pcs, who are having problems.

4. Knoopix

The best live cd of all time. It was the first live as well, and eventhough it;s gotten old, its sill is great.

Well that ends the Best Linux Distro thingy. Ha, Ha, Ha. Overalll TThere is no best linux distro, linux is made for the user, which proves its suporiority. Even if linux doesn;t become popular, It will always remian immortal.

I liked the Wolvix 2 liveCD, though I don't know if it's still in development (it was pretty dry the last time I checked in on it). It runs a stylish XFCE interface and has reasonable driver support. Another good one is Mint - basically Ubuntu but prettier (assuming you like green and black better than orange) and with better proprietary driver support.

It certainly is installable through the Puppy Universal Installer. Just sent out an old netbook with an SSD drive with Pupeee installed on it.
