What happened to me Today
Heya,
Well after a whole 5 day wait my Evga uv plus 16 arrived through my door just as i arrived home from schooll today. I was delighted when i received it. I decided to do an unboxing video that is on youtube currently. When I finished the video, i decided to set it all up and couldn't wait to get it going.
I installed the drivers for it and plugged it in and......nothing absolutely nothing. So, I rang Evga and after going through many steps they told me the product is faulty. So now i have to bloody send it back and thats going to take another week and a half till i receive a working evga plus. Ahhhh life can be annoying sometimes.

That's a hard hit to take :/
But it's almost exactly what happened to me, about 3 weeks into having my 360. BAM i got the red ring of doom.. RROD sucks..
well i guess thats' not exactly your situation.. but you get my drift ;)
