I don't think women get as much respect as they should with technology. Most the people in the world instantly think that the Computer section of work is mostly males. I strongly disagree women are just as capable of doing just as good of a job sometimes better. There are as much women into computers these days I know a couple and I asked them on the subject and we had a full on discussion. (The reason they don't make them selves more noticed is because most people are stereotypical).

I personal think women should make them selves more noticed special in the Technology and Computer department.
