Today, July 22, 2009, I went to upload my new video. Everything was normal until I tried to click on the "upload" button. What was in it's place? A TMobile advertisement with some buy two get one free scam. That's right, The ad was blocking the upload button no matter what I tried to do.

Now I know youtube has to make money somehow and I guess this is there way of doing it. (But doesn't Google make enough money already?)

Lukily, I took a screen grab of it. (I did NOT edit this, I just cropped it and that is all I did to this picture:)) See for yourself:

I've never seen an ad on YouTube ever. How, you ask? I've been using Adblock in Firefox since before YouTube was around.

I also hate the fact that YouTube displays Scientology ads. Like we really need anymore of that Tom Cruise bullshit, cult, cash-cow, "religion" in our lives.

Maybe this could've been avoided if you had only of bowed to the awesome wrath of Tmobile :P

Ads on youtube have been getting more and more annoying as the site continues to sky rocket, I guess things like this are going to become more and more frequent as time goes on. I'm still an avid youtuber and I know that the people at youtube are VERY open to ideas on making the website better, maybe get a hold on somebody from your country and sort this out?

Have a good one!
